Suggested app icon size

I started using the launcher recently, really good. Few things to improve if possible. 1. Suggested app icon size, portion to change the suggested app icon size 2.whenever I intake new apps, it doesn't p appear it the p app drawer unless I restart. I appreciate you could fix these issues. Thanks
